I had lost all interest with gym classes and needed a new focus. I saw the enjoyment that my husband had achieved with Matt and his yoga and so I decided to give it a go. I started to learn with one to one sessions from Matt and became hooked very quickly. His encouragement has helped me develop my love of yoga and achieve amazing results. I have now been practising for over two years and look forward to my weekly sessions with Matt. I also enjoy taking all the knowledge that I have learnt into group yoga classes.
