As a newcomer to yoga, Matt’s classes have been educational, enjoyable, and very motivating. The style of teaching suits all levels of participants and I know I’m not alone in leaving the room after a class thinking “that felt like it was designed just for me”. The class is a fixed date in my week and when I have to skip it, I really miss it. I highly recommend Matt’s classes for their physical and mindfulness benefits.
