Yoga, mindfulness and breath training can help your employees to be more productive by reducing stress, improving mental and physical wellbeing and creating a happier and healthier work environment for all. Practising together can also be a fun, healthy and novel way for work colleagues to bond with one another.
Having worked in corporate environments for over 20 years I adapt the techniques and practices that I use with performance athletes to help employees to manage stress better and improve performance and productivity.
At the end of each session, employees are provided with a number of techniques as well as further supporting resources (handouts and mobile application) to help them continue to apply the practices to their working lives.
Workshops and classes are tailored to the specific needs of each group and can be delivered at the company’s business location or via Zoom.
