Hi, thanks for dropping by. I’m an Oxygen Advantage® breath coach, a yoga teacher with 15+ years experience, a qualified Mobility Specialist in the Functional Range Conditioning® system, and a trained Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction facilitator.

As a one time competitive squash player, my main focus is on working with squash players and athletes looking to get the most out of their game by improving how they breathe, how they move and how they focus their minds to perform at their best.

These techniques and practices also have application ‘beyond the court’ and can be carried over to work and family life to help us manage stress and anxiety so that we can perform and ‘show up’ better in all areas of our lives (after all, most of us are not professional or full time athletes!).
