Hi, thanks for dropping by. I’m a yoga teacher with 15+ years experience of practice and teaching, a qualified Mobility Specialist in the Functional Range Conditioning® system, an Oxygen Advantage® breath coach and a trained Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction facilitator.

As a one time competitive squash player my main focus is on working with squash players and athletes looking to get the most out of their game by improving how they move, how they breathe and how they focus.

These techniques and practices also have application ‘beyond the court’ and can be carried over to work and family life to help us perform and ‘show up’ better in all areas of our lives (after all, most of us are not professional or full time athletes!).
