Coaching sessions allow you to work closely with me on your individual performance goals by addressing specific challenges through a structured and tailored approach.

techniques for improving focus, emotional resilience and managing pressure and stress
addressing specific flexibility, mobility and strength restrictions
working with injury to limit loss of conditioning
All personal coaching clients also receive full access to the Yogathletic app, for ongoing access to supporting tools and materials, and to help them track progress against their goals.
Coaching is available online via Zoom or in person (location dependent).
