Coaching sessions allow you to work closely with me on your individual performance goals by addressing specific challenges through a structured and tailored approach.

Some of the benefits of one to one coaching include :

  • optimising your breathing to improve aerobic and anaerobic conditioning and nervous system regulation

  • techniques for improving focus, emotional resilience and managing pressure and stress

  • addressing specific flexibility, mobility and strength restrictions

  • working with injury to limit loss of conditioning

All personal coaching clients also receive full access to the Yogathletic app, for ongoing access to supporting tools and materials, and to help them track progress against their goals.

Coaching is available online via Zoom or in person (location dependent).
