Coaching sessions allow you to work closely with me on your individual performance goals by addressing specific movement challenges, optimising your breathing to improve aerobic and anaerobic conditioning and improving mental focus.

Some of the benefits of one to one coaching include :

  • addressing specific flexibility, mobility and strength restrictions

  • deep dive into breath training practices to improve aerobic and anaerobic conditioning
