ONLINE YOGA CLASS: 60 MINUTE ANTERIOR HIP STRENGTH + MOBILITY
This one hour open level class was shared live with participants via Zoom (we begin moving at the 6 min mark).
It focuses primarily on creating anterior hip mobility and strength - with some internal and external rotation thrown in for good measure.
The class is open to all level - options are provided throughout. The only prop that you might need is a yoga block (a thick book or hard cushion will serve as a good substitute).
