ONLINE YOGA CLASS: 60 MINUTE FINDING BALANCE EXPLORATION

In this sequence we explore the concept of balance - both physically and ‘energetically’.

As well as standing balances, we challenge our stability from various all fours positions, from down dog and in dynamic movements and transitions too.

The sequence also includes two breathing practices at the start and end of the class to rebalance the nervous system by stimulating parasympathetic nervous system response.

It was a lot of fun practising and teaching this sequence so I hope you enjoy it too - be prepared to wobble :)
