ONLINE YOGA CLASS: 60 MINUTE HIP INTERNAL ROTATION + MOBILITY
This one hour open level class was shared live with participants. We explore a variety of practices designed to create greater active range of movement in hip internal rotation.
It is recommended that you have 2 - 3 yoga blocks to hand for this practice (books or hard cushions will serve as a good substitutes).
