Often when we think of the 'core', we think 'abs’…but there's much more to it than that.
Developing a stable core can be the key to unlocking many of the postures and transitions in our practice...as well as cultivating a more skilful, centred and controlled quality to our movement in general.
So in this class we challenge our core strength in a way that's applicable to how we move in everyday life...taking some playful movements and transitions rather than simply smashing through a load of crunches.
And after the hard work is done we close the practice with a guided relaxation to rebalance.
