ONLINE YOGA CLASS: 60 MINUTE SPINAL MOVEMENT
In this class we explore spinal mobility in a number of ways in order to develop a little more suppleness and fluidity to how we move.
The class includes lots of flexion and extension, as well as rotation and lateral flexion (side bends)...all the good stuff.
We build towards bridge / upward bow pose before easing back down by exploring some mobility practices on the floor and then taking final rest.
