This self paced online course is designed to help athletes and other high performing individuals better manage stress and anxiety and bring their nervous system into balance so that they can perform at their best.
Delivered over 6 modules, new content is released on a weekly basis. For each module participants receive:
A recorded lesson that explains the focus, principles and techniques for that module
Course handouts (c. 25 pages per module)
Guided practices
Worksheets to help identify stress reduction strategies
