Breathe Better to Live Better: A 4 Week Online Immersion Into The Fundamentals of Breathwork + Pranayama
In this 4 week course I will guide you through the fundamentals of breathwork and pranayama (yoga breathing techniques), providing you with a solid foundation and understanding from which to continue exploring these techniques with confidence so that you can realise the many benefits of a regular breathwork practice.
The course will be delivered via 4 x 60 minute online Zoom classes supported by high quality written handouts and recordings of the sessions will be made available after each class.
