Join me for a 4 week exploration of the fundamentals of yoga. This beginners course is the ideal way to begin your practice and discover yoga in a safe and fun space. It is perfect for beginners and suitable also for anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals of yoga.
The practice will build week-by-week, introducing you to the basics of yoga postures (asanas), sequencing, healthy alignment and breath techniques (pranayama). Instruction in meditation techniques will also be given. You will receive personal attention from Matt and will work at a pace that ensures learning as well as improvement in posture, breath, tone, strength, flexibility and a greater ability to cope with stress.
The course will create a strong and safe foundation from which you can confidently proceed to explore your practice further.
