Treat yourself to a full day in the wonderful surroundings of Beckenham Place Park to completely immerse yourself in yoga practice - asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation.
In the second of this series of one day immersions, the focus for our asana practice will be a deep dive into the mechanics and techniques of backbending. We will take this exploration in a variety of poses - prone and supine, sitting, standing and balancing.
After lunch we'll switch our focus to breath work, pranayama and meditation practices. The day will end with a long guided relaxation.
It will be a wonderful opportunity to dive into your practice in a small group setting in what is surely the best appointed yoga studio in London.

10.30 - 11.00: Joint Mobility Session
11.00 - 13.00: Asana Practice: Exploration of Backbends
13.00 - 14.00: Lunch
14.00 - 15.15: Restorative Yin Practice
15.15 - 15.45: Breath Work and Pranayama
15.45 - 16.30: Meditation and Relaxation
N.B. Schedule for the day may subject to change
Please note:
The studio is fully equipped with props so no need to bring your own (unless you really want to!)
Please dress in yoga clothing that allows you to move freely
The venue has a cafe on site but you may prefer to bring your own lunch
If weather permits we may eat lunch together outside - so please bring appropriate clothing
